PRIVACY POLICY

1.      Australian Consumer Law (your rights)

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with a product or service, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, cancellation of a service, or other remedies. ACCC

This policy is in addition to (and does not limit) your ACL rights.

2.      No change-of-mind cancellations

We do not offer change-of-mind cancellations or refunds for:

  • digital downloads, or

  • online design services (including where you decide not to proceed, don’t like the style, or no longer need the service).

Consumers are generally not entitled to a refund under consumer guarantees just because they changed their mind. ACCC

3.      Digital downloads — limited goodwill refund (48 hours)

Because digital products are instantly accessible, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

However, as a goodwill exception, we may offer a refund within 48 hours of purchase if you email us at info@redearthinteriors.com.au and provide written confirmation that:

  • you have permanently deleted/destroyed all copies of the files (including printed copies and cloud backups), and

  • you have not shared, uploaded, distributed, or reproduced the files.

If approved, we will refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Important: This goodwill exception does not apply where we reasonably believe the files have been used, shared, or reproduced, or where the request appears inconsistent with the confirmation provided.

4.      Faulty digital products / not as described

If a digital product is faulty (e.g., corrupted file) or materially not as described, contact us and we will provide an appropriate remedy under the ACL (for example, replacement, fix, or refund depending on the circumstances). Digital products do not lose ACL rights simply because they’ve been downloaded. ACCC

5.      Online design services — no cancellation, ACL still applies

Purchases for online design services are final and not cancellable for change of mind, because we reserve time and/or commence work based on your order.

If there is a major failure with the service (as defined under the ACL), you may be entitled to cancel the service and seek a refund (full or partial depending on the circumstances), or another remedy. ACCC

6.      How to request help

Email info@redearthinteriors.com.au with:

  • your order number

  • the product/service purchased

  • a short description of the issue

  • screenshots where relevant (for download/file issues).

7.      Platform purchases (Etsy)

If you purchased via Etsy, refunds may be processed via Etsy in line with their processes, but your ACL rights still apply.
