1.      About us

Red Earth Interiors (ABN 964 450 043 10) is a sole trader business (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply to purchases made through our website (including Squarespace checkout) and where relevant to purchases made through Etsy (in addition to Etsy’s own terms).

2.      Acceptance of these Terms

By using our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to these Terms.

3.      What we sell

We sell:

  • Digital products (downloadable files such as PDFs, templates, guides), and

  • Online design services (delivered digitally, as described on the relevant sales page / listing).

4.      Prices, payment and taxes

  • All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be received in full before delivery/commencement.

  • We may update pricing at any time. If a genuine error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5.      Digital product delivery

  • Digital products are delivered via download link and/or email after payment clears.

  • You’re responsible for ensuring your device/software can open the file type listed.

6.      Licence and permitted use (Digital products)

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for:

  • personal use, or

You must not:

  • share, upload, distribute, resell, sublicense, or reproduce the files (in whole or in part)

  • provide the files to others as a freebie, bonus, lead magnet, or within another product

  • remove branding/watermarks or claim the work as your own.

7.      Online design services — how it works

Service inclusions, turnaround times, deliverables and any revision limits are as stated on the sales page/listing (and any written confirmation we provide).

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information and measurements

  • respond to requests for feedback/approvals promptly

  • review deliverables carefully before implementation.

Important: We provide design guidance and recommendations, but you remain responsible for final purchasing decisions, compliance (e.g., strata/landlord approvals), and trades/installation.

8.      Design outcomes, recommendations and client responsibility

Design is inherently subjective. While we take care in providing recommendations, we do not guarantee that our digital products, colour selections, styling suggestions, layouts, or online design service deliverables will match your personal taste or achieve a particular outcome.

Our recommendations are based on the information you provide and general design principles. You acknowledge and agree that it remains your responsibility to:

  • check all product details are suitable for your needs (including dimensions, materials, finishes, compatibility, safety requirements and care instructions)

  • confirm availability, lead times, pricing and supplier terms directly with the retailer/manufacturer

  • obtain and review physical samples (paint swatches, fabric/wallpaper samples, tile/stone samples) before purchase or installation

  • verify colours and finishes in your actual space and lighting conditions (including day/night lighting)

  • confirm all measurements and site conditions before ordering (including for custom items).

Colour accuracy note: colours may appear different across screens and devices, and natural materials can vary between batches and samples. We are not responsible for variations outside our control (including dye lots, grain/veining, and supplier changes).

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to services being supplied with due care and skill and being fit for purpose where applicable. ACCC

9.      No change-of-mind cancellations

Because our digital products are instantly accessible and our services involve time reserved and/or work commenced:

  • We do not offer change-of-mind cancellations for digital products or online design services.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where there is a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, cancellation of a service, or other remedies. ACCC

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.

11. Intellectual property

All content, templates, downloads, images, text and branding remain our intellectual property (or licensed to us). You may not use our content beyond the licence granted in section 6.

12. Third-party platforms and tools

  • Purchases made through Etsy are also governed by Etsy’s platform policies.

  • We may use third-party tools to deliver services and operate our business (e.g., Squarespace, email marketing, file delivery, payment processors). See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Affiliate links & sponsored content

We may include links on our website, emails, social channels, and digital products to third-party products or services. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission or other benefit if you click through and make a purchase (at no extra cost to you unless stated).

We only recommend products and services we genuinely consider relevant to our audience; however, you should always do your own research and check that a product is suitable for your needs. Third-party websites are operated by others and we are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or conduct. Any purchase you make through a third-party link is between you and the third party and will be subject to their terms and policies.

Where content is sponsored or involves a commercial arrangement, we will aim to make this clear in the relevant content.

14. Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted by law)

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the ACL applies, our liability is limited only to the extent the law allows and does not exclude your non-excludable rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
